Young Czechs work abroad, get there faster faster

Darkly half of the young people are moving abroad for career growth. This reveals the latest HSBC Expat Explorer survey. Young people who grow for work in other countries, so on average they have more than aunt’s number of wages. In the survey for the best city for life and work, the Czech Republic did the best.

Those out of ten young people between the ages of 18 and 34 leave their homeland for a better salary. And pay them off. After growing, their salaries increased by an average of 35 percent, which is much more noticeable than in other age groups. For example, people aged 35 have nrst wages by less than a quarter, five-year-olds and star only by 9 percent.

But it’s not just about pensions. Aunt of those who did not celebrate their 35th birthday, at the rapid career growth. The vast majority of respondents are convinced that they have acquired new skills, be more confident, think more creatively.

The number of people working abroad is growing. More than 200,000 of them work in the member states of the Union alone. And thanks to various training and work programs, young people will open their doors all over the world. After returning to the Czech Republic, their attractiveness in the domestic labor market, HSBC CEO Richard Keery, increases.

This year, the best place to work and it was chosen by Switzerland. People value the main environment compared to their home country. Its political and economic stability also contributes to the satisfaction of respondents in Switzerland.

The second best country in Europe was Spain, which was placed in the district. At the same time, there is not much better work there, but a balance between work and personal life. This is mainly due to the relaxed lifestyle and the amount of free time.

According to a survey of half-respondents from Europe, they have never lived in a foreign country before, and their new foreign home is their first. As for the time that young people need to be honored at home in a foreign country, it takes more than half a year for me.

As for your investment, you are most likely to retire or pay a share of the property at the age of retirement age. Darkly half of those surveyed even own land abroad.

Expat Explorer is the largest and also the longest research among foreigners living in another country. Its aim is to share the attitudes, opinions and experiences of people abroad, including career, financial well-being, quality of life and opportunities for their families.
