mortgage rates fell in April. The Fincentrum Hypoindex summary indicator, which sets the average rate for mortgage loans, paradoxically rose by five thousand percent up to 4.28 percent.
“The reason is, in addition to the small number of other rates, which are not individual watchdogs, so the change in the structure of the agreed mortgages,” said Fincentrum channel analyst Josef Rajdl.
Against the average, it decreased according to the volume of “cheap” ptiletch fixations and variable rates in favor of one-year and three fixations. This then tilted the overall average upwards.
This is despite the fact that in the first years rates for tletch and one-year fixation fell the fastest.

In total, the banks provided 5,857 mortgage bonds for housing in the amount of 9.752 billion crowns. The average in the provided mortgage thus reached 1,665,091 crowns.
While the volume of provided vr decreased by six percent compared to the average, meziron was half of them. This year, April, did not only reach the volume of mortgages from the record year of 2007 for April, in which it lacked only 5.8 percent.
