Mortgage rates in the Norwegian have risen slightly again on average. The Fincentrum Hypoindex aggregate rose from 3.59 percent to 3.61 percent. However, the rates did not discourage those interested in mortgages. Clients concluded 5,420 contracts, which is only 20 mn not in January.
In the burrow, the people arranged mortgages for a total of 8.9 billion crowns, the greatest interest was in mortgages with the fixation ptileta. Compared to previous years, the standard volumes and sweat rates are very high.
The rate on variable mortgages rose the most in the Norwegian over the years, from 2.79 percent to 3.03 percent. Still, this rate is more appropriate and popular, not a mortgage with ron fixation, although the zdenorov rate fell from 4.24 to 4.21 percent.

Fincentrum, which regularly swings Hypoindex, turned to the Ministry of Finance with a proposal to introduce a mandatory deadline before the end of mortgage fixation. According to the proposal, banks should inform clients of new conditions and multi-year rates at least two months before the end of the fixed period.
